Files can be transferred to the web server using an FTP program (File Transfer Protocol). You can download a program for either the PC or Mac from our site. Ws-Ftp is a shareware FTP program, available from http://www.wsftp.com
Microsoft FrontPage users can 'publish' their sites to our server and should not use FTP.
